About the Event

Learn about the critical role that the Pro-Recovery 5 Star diet, nutrient support, amino acid therapy, and a healthy gut play in reducing cravings,  relapse, depression, anxiety & insomnia.  We teach clinicians, treatment providers and health/recovery coaches how to reduce cravings and recurrent use, and improve the quality of both addiction and mental health recovery by using amino acid and nutrient therapy, along with diet to effectively address many biochemical aspects of addictive and mood/behavioral disorders.

  • Describe the key elements of the 5 Star Pro-Recovery Diet.
  • Identify the co-factors required by the brain to make and effectively fire neurotransmitters.
  • Describe the role a healthy gut plays in mood and behavioral health.
  • Bonus: describe the process of integrating these concepts into your program.  https://aminoacidtherapy.com/feedthebrainfirst/
