HI, my name is Amira Rajput, aka The Kitchen Doc! My passion and mission are helping people recover from PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Dual Diagnoses, Eating Disorders, Obesity, Food Addictions, Substance Abuse Disorders and other mental health challenges.

Through rehabilitating the brain-gut connection and providing various therapies such as: holistic counseling psychology, Integrative Nutritional Psychology ™, East-West Food Therapy, supplementation, amino acid therapy, neurotransmitter repletion, state-of-the art diagnostic testing and spirituality/faith, I assist individuals in their recovery journey back to health, freedom and longevity.
