ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Tanya Gabriel MA, LMHC, NCC

As a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC), I provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy services for a variety of mental health needs. I am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and I am a certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator. I specialize in mindfulness-based counseling and stress reduction for individuals and groups.

I have been practicing yoga and mindfulness since 2005. I am committed to a path of holistic health and wellness and I am passionate about holding space for others to find their true selves. I am dedicated to my own mindfulness practices in order to be more present with my clients
